Can I ride the LANKELEISI XC4000 legally on European roads?
Yes. The LANKELEISI XC4000 is designed for European road use. It is equipped with a 250W motor and provides pedal assistance up to 25 km/h, making it suitable for everyday riding on public roads across most European countries. A CE certificate is available upon request.
Is the battery removable? How much does it weigh?
Yes. The battery can be easily removed from the bike for convenient charging and storage. It weighs approximately 5 kg.
Is the assembly process difficult?
No. Most of the key components of the LANKELEISI XC4000 come pre-installed. If you need any assistance, our customer support team is always available to help.
Is the XC4000 suitable for riders who want one bike for both mountain routes and everyday roads?
Yes. The XC4000 combines 26×4.0-inch fat tires with front suspension, allowing it to handle everyday paved roads while also providing added stability on gravel, countryside roads, and mountain-oriented routes.
How long does it take for my e-bike to arrive?

Does the battery switch turn off the battery power?
Sorry, but the battery key does not turn off the battery power. The battery key is only used to keep the battery in place on the bike. If you want to turn off the battery power, you can do so with the switch on the display.

We believe that communication is the best way to solve problems. If your bike has a malfunction, please contact us promptly. To help you accurately, describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos of the defective parts, so our technicians can give you the most accurate solution.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
We recommend charging the battery timely when less than 2 charging bars are displayed on the display, so as to protect long-term battery efficiency and health.
How can I clean my bike?
Clean your Lankeleisi bike like a normal bike, but we recommend removing the battery before cleaning. After cleaning, dry it promptly with a dry cloth
