Does the battery switch turn off the battery power?
Sorry, but the battery key does not turn off the battery power. The battery key is only used to keep the battery in place on the bike. If you want to turn off the battery power, you can do so with the switch on the display.
Where is the bike shipped from?
We have local warehouses in the EU and will arrange delivery within 2 working days of purchase.
