The Lankeleisi X2000max features an upgraded aluminum hydraulic double-wishbone suspension with 120mm of fork travel. This system effectively absorbs shocks, reducing impact on the rider’s arms and minimizing fatigue during long rides. The lockable fork design allows riders to adjust the suspension according to different riding conditions for a more customized experience.

The backlit color LCD display allows you to easily monitor speed, mileage, and power, and features IP54 waterproof protection for dependable performance. It displays battery level and capacity, total distance and odometer, pedal assist level and output, as well as current, maximum, and average speed. Additionally, it supports switching between front and rear drive, with the option to choose single or dual motor operation.

Can I ride the LANKELEISI X2000MAX legally on European roads?
The LANKELEISI X2000MAX is factory-configured with pedal assistance limited to 25 km/h for road use. As regulations for dual-motor e-bikes may vary by country or region, riders should always check and follow local requirements before riding on public roads. Any removal of the factory speed restriction should only be used on private property where permitted.
Is the battery removable? How much does it weigh?
Yes. The battery can be easily removed from the bike for convenient charging and storage. It weighs approximately 5 kg.
Is the assembly process difficult?
No. Most of the key components of the LANKELEISI X2000MAX come pre-installed. If you need any assistance, our customer support team is always available to help.
Is the X2000MAX suitable for riders who want an off-road capable bike that can still be folded?

Does the battery switch turn off the battery power?
Sorry, but the battery key does not turn off the battery power. The battery key is only used to keep the battery in place on the bike. If you want to turn off the battery power, you can do so with the switch on the display.

We believe that communication is the best way to solve problems. If your bike has a malfunction, please contact us promptly. To help you accurately, describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos of the defective parts, so our technicians can give you the most accurate solution.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
We recommend charging the battery timely when less than 2 charging bars are displayed on the display, so as to protect long-term battery efficiency and health.
How can I clean my bike?
Clean your Lankeleisi bike like a normal bike, but we recommend removing the battery before cleaning. After cleaning, dry it promptly with a dry cloth
